Emergency First Response

Learn the skills to respond calmly when something goes wrong.

An instructor assists an injured person during an Emergency First Response training scenario with Underwater.ee in Estonia.

The Emergency First Response course teaches you the basics of CPR, first aid, and how to help in an emergency before professional help arrives. It’s simple, practical training that gives you useful skills for diving, travel, work, and everyday life.

The course is built around realistic situations, so you’re not just listening to theory the whole time. You’ll practise how to assess a situation, respond safely, help someone who is injured, and stay calm under pressure. It’s straightforward, hands-on, and designed for people with no medical background.

EFR is also the required first aid certification for the PADI Rescue Diver course, so if you’re planning to continue your dive training, this is the step you’ll need before starting Rescue.

The full course and certification is 90 €.

No previous experience is needed.
